The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 31, 2011 No. 128 «On approval of the Rules for awarding academic titles (Associate Professor, Professor)». This rule is a reference and will come into force on September 1, 2025.
