The Minister also toured the IEC (KazGASA) infrastructure, including the new academic building and the scientific laboratory complex equipped with modern research facilities. Additionally, he visited the newly established UNESCO Chair for the Preservation of Historical and Cultural Heritage, as well as a video recording studio where online courses and digital educational content are produced.
Sayasat Nurbek paid special attention to the development of educational programs in the field of creative industries and micro-qualifications for vocational professions. He highlighted the significant progress made by the IEC (KazGASA) in these areas and emphasized the importance of market-oriented education that provides students not only with fundamental knowledge but also with practical skills in high-demand industries.
At the end of the visit, the Minister addressed the faculty and students of the IEC (KazGASA). He noted that one of the key priorities is the training of specialists in artificial intelligence, as digital transformation requires professionals capable of working with cutting-edge technologies. According to him, the development of AI technologies in education and science will not only enhance the quality of student training but also create new opportunities for scientific research and innovative advancements.
