On December 27, 2024, the winners of the Republican Competition for the “Best Researcher” award of 2024 were announced. The competition commission awarded the prize to 50 outstanding scientists who have made significant contributions to the development of national science.
We are proud to announce that among the winners is Associate Professor of FCTIM and Chief Researcher of IEC, Shynar Malikovna Kultaeva. This achievement is a well-deserved recognition of her high-level professional work and significant accomplishments in scientific research.
The award was established under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Science and Technological Policy” and aims to support scientists and promote the development of science and technology. A total of 308 applications were submitted in seven fields, including natural, social, humanitarian, and military sciences, as well as medicine, agriculture, and technology. The selection process ensured transparency through an automated evaluation system and the involvement of expert groups. The winners, including Shynar Malikovna, demonstrate the high standards of Kazakhstani science.
