LICENCES, CERTIFICATION AND ACCREDITATION
In 2007, the specialty “Architecture” (Bachelor’s degree) in KazGASA was the first among architectural schools in the world to receive international accreditation from UNESCO-IUA, which was confirmed again in 2011.
LICENCES
Educational activities of legal entities are subject to licensing in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications.
ACCREDITATION
Accreditation of educational institutions is a process of assessing the level of quality of education and scientific activities of an educational organization, an official confirmation of the compliance of the quality of services provided with the established requirements and standards.
In 2020, the International Education Corporation passed the international institutional and specialized accreditation of 21 educational programs with the Independent Quality Assurance Agency in Education (IQAA) for a period of 5 years.
IEC is ranked as a leader in the annual rankings of HEIs’ educational programs.
From October 21 to 22, 2020, the International Educational Corporation successfully passed an external audit for 21 educational programs (12 bachelor’s degree programs, 6 master’s degree programs, 3 doctoral programs). At the meeting of the Accreditation Council held on November 28, 2020, all the declared educational programs were accredited for a period of 5 years. From October 19 to 20, 2020, an external audit on institutional accreditation was held.
