The IOC student knows and honors the state symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan, national culture, history and statehood of Kazakhstan, carefully preserves and multiplies the traditions of the Academy;

The IEC student shows politeness, correctness and attentiveness in communicating with other students, teachers and the IEC administration;

An IEC student treats any person with respect, regardless of their origin and nationality, social status, religious or ideological beliefs;

The student of the IEC strictly fulfills his academic duties, does not allow ethical, academic and legal violations, including: plagiarism, forgery, the use of cheat sheets, cheating and hints at all stages of various forms of knowledge control, the use of family or official ties to get a higher grade, bribery, cheating of the teacher and disrespectful attitude towards him, absenteeism and tardiness without a valid reason;

The student COULD take care of the safety of the IEC property and prevent vandalism;

The student could take care of the library and information resources of the academy, not allowing careless or harmful attitude to them;

The student of the IEC, living in the House of Students, tries to maintain an atmosphere of good neighborliness, avoid conflicts with other residents and the administration;

The IEC student looks neat, his appearance corresponds to aesthetic norms;

The IEC student leads a healthy lifestyle, strives to improve his cultural, moral and physical level, takes an active part in the socio-cultural, scientific and sports life of the Academy;

An IEC student should not allow illegal actions, both at the academy and outside it;

An IEC student should not allow the dissemination of information aimed at destabilizing order in the country, as well as participate in unauthorized meetings, demonstrations, rallies, pickets, actions and processions;

The student could refrain from participating in any activity contrary to the interests of the Academy, damaging the image and reputation of the IEC;

An IEC student who finds a violation of the provisions of the Code tries to stop it on his own or notifies the student self-government bodies or the administration about it.
