There is a Teacher’s Code of Honor and a Student’s Code of Ethics.
This is the non-legally prescribed acceptance of property benefits and advantages by persons performing state functions, as well as persons equated to them, using their official powers and related opportunities, or other use of their powers to obtain property benefits, as well as bribery of these persons by illegally providing them with individuals and legal entities of the specified benefits and advantages. Corruption-related offenses (corruption offenses) are acts involving corruption or creating conditions for corruption, which entail administrative and criminal liability established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The point is that it should be comprehensive. Consolidated efforts are needed not only by the State, but also by the entire civil society in all regions of the country. The result will be when the fight against corruption, firstly, becomes a permanent and unrelenting function of the state, and secondly – the subject of vigilant and vigilant control by society.
1) receiving a bribe for admission to a higher educational institution. This is the most common form of abuse. According to some estimates, 80% of crimes are committed for receiving bribes for admission to higher education;
2) tutoring by university teachers and members of examination committees;
3) receiving a bribe for passing exams and tests in institutions of secondary and higher professional education;
4) receiving a bribe for concluding a lease agreement for premises in an educational institution and exceeding official authority by illegally leasing state property;
5) sale of diplomas and certificates to persons who have not completed training in an educational institution;
6) receiving a bribe for the placement of children in kindergartens and secondary schools.
