IEC AGAINST CORRUPTION

Corruption in educational organizations is currently an acute problem for the education system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Today, one of the priority tasks of building a democratic society in the fight against corruption.

The relevance of the fight against corruption lies in the fact that it should be of a comprehensive nature. The result is that the fight against corruption, firstly, will become a permanent and tireless function of the state, and secondly, it will become the subject of vigilance and vigilance control on the part of society.
The most characteristic types of crimes related to corruption in the field of education are:
1) receiving a bribe for admission to a higher educational institution. This is the most common form of abuse. According to some estimates, 80% of crimes are hidden for receiving bribes for entering a higher education institution;
2) tutoring of university teachers and members of examination committees;
3) receiving a bribe for passing exams and tests in institutions of secondary and higher professional education;
4) receiving a bribe for entering into a lease agreement for premises in an educational institution and abuse of official powers through the illegal lease of state property;5) 6) receiving a bribe for placing children in kindergartens and general education schools.
